Our upholstery fabric is sold in 10-yard and 15-yard increments. Because yardage requirements vary based on the piece, pattern repeat, and upholstery method, we recommend confirming quantities with your upholsterer before placing an order.

Best Uses & Durability

Each fabric is designed with specific uses in mind, from accent chairs to full upholstery projects. Please review the product details for recommended applications, durability, and performance characteristics.

Selecting the appropriate fabric ensures your piece looks beautiful and holds up to everyday use.

Pattern Repeat & Matching

Patterned fabrics require additional yardage to properly match repeats, especially for larger pieces or multiple cushions. Be sure to account for pattern repeat and directional designs when planning your order.

Ordering all yardage at once helps ensure consistency across your project.

Optional Protective Finishes

For an additional charge, you may add a water-resistant or stain-resistant finish to your fabric. These finishes are designed to help protect against everyday spills and wear.

While not guaranteed to prevent damage in every situation, they can help reduce absorption and make cleaning easier—especially in high-use spaces.

Color & Dye Lot Notes

Because fabric is produced in dye lots, slight color variations may occur between batches. To ensure the best match, we recommend ordering all required yardage for your project at the same time.

Production Time, Shipping & Returns

Fabric is cut to order and typically ships within 4-6 weeks. Due to the custom nature of cut yardage, all sales are final.
